How do I access course evaluations for the classes I taught?

Instructors can access course evaluations for all of their evaluated classes after the evaluation period is complete. To access your evaluations:

  1. Login to Blue here: uws.bluera.com/uws. This will bring you to the My Home page.
  2. Look for the “Reports” section towards the bottom of the page.
  3. Click the View the Individual Report [Term] Report link. Reports are grouped separately by term, so click the link that pertains to the term you need to view. This will open the Report List page in a new tab.
  4. From the Report List, click on any listed report to open it in a new tab. Reports are shown in a PDF format.

You can download the report you just opened by clicking the Download PDF on the top right of the report.

You can also select one or more report entries on the Report List page and click the Download PDF button to download them to your device. Multiple reports will be combined into a ZIP file. We recommend downloading your reports every term and backing them up to a secure location.
