How do I access course evaluations for the classes I taught?

Instructors can access course evaluations for all of their evaluated classes after the evaluation period is complete. To access your evaluations:

Step One: Log Into Blue

Login to Blue here: https://my-uws.bluera.com. This will bring you to the Blue Home page.

Step Two: Navigate to "Reports"

You can click "Reports" on the top of your home page to access all of your reports. You can also scroll to the lower part of the Blue Home page to see your recent reports in the "My Reports" section.

Reports shortcut circled in red.
Use this shortcut to access every report available in Explorance Blue.

Step Three: Download Reports if Needed

You can download a PDF copy of an individual report by clicking the PDF icon next to the report title. You can also do a bulk download of all the available reports by clicking the Checkbox at the top of the list. You can use the available filters as needed to customize your list.

We recommend downloading your reports and saving them in a backup archive regularly.

How do I access the reports for my department?

We’ve configured Blue to provide department evaluation data to both department chairs and ADAs. Follow the instructions above to navigate to all reports available in Blue.
