Navigate - How to Set Up Calendar Sync
Syncing Your Calendar
This section will explain how new users sync their calendar. Only sync your calendar in the production environment, not the training environment. You can only sync one calendar to Navigate.
Step One: Select the Calendar icon in the left navigation bar.

Step Two: Once on the "My Calendar" page, select the Settings and Sync button from right hand side of calendar.

Step Three: On the Calendar Settings page, select Setup Sync...

Step Four: Select Microsoft Office 365 (Latest Version)

Step Five: After you select Microsoft Office 365 (Latest Version) the Microsoft login and authorization page opens. The page tells you to pick an account. Choose your uwsuper.edu account.

Step Six: After selecting your account, you will be taken to the UW-Superior Portal authentication. Login using your UW-Superior email address and password.
Step Seven: If you log in successfully, you will see a page requesting permissions.

Step Eight: Select Accept. The page redirects to the "Navigate Calendar Settings" page with a success message and information about the sync on display.

Viewing Your Calendar
If you select the Calendar link on the left menu it will take you to the calendar page. Here you will see that any time you already have blocked off in Outlook will show as busy. Classes you are scheduled to teach and appointments that have been scheduled will also appear on the calendar.
Navigate will also sync with your Outlook calendar to display appointments in Outlook.
