Explorance Blue - How to View Course Evaluation Response Rates

This guide explains how UW-Superior instructors can check their course evaluation response rates using Explorance Blue. Response rates are listed on the Subject Management page, which you can access in two different ways.

To begin, login to Blue here: https://my-uws.bluera.com. This will bring you to the "Blue Home" page.

View Your Response Rates Using the Blue Subject Management Page

  1. Click View on any of your Subject Management Tasks in your "My Active Tasks" list. This list contains both Subject Management Tasks and Question Personalization Tasks for each course that is evaluated.
  2. Expand the "My Active Tasks" list by clicking View All Tasks.
  3. Once you are on the Subject Management page, you will see the response rate for the course you selected.
  4. You can remove the active filters by clicking "Filters" to see all of your courses.

Each class with an active evaluation will show the current response rate on the right side of its Subject Management tile. The tile also shows additional information like how many students were invited to complete the survey.
